Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Purposefully You: 1:1 Coaching clients can pay in one installment upfront or in three monthly installments.
What’s the time commitment?
Apart from one, 60-minute virtual coaching session every other week, most Purposefully You: 1:1 Coaching clients find that they can cultivate practices to serve their well-being in 15-20 minutes per day. The more time you’re able to dedicate to your wellness, the better your results!
How do I know that this program will work for me?
I completely understand that it’s not always easy or comfortable to look at your feelings, emotions, and thoughts with a critical eye. But, I believe that staying stuck where you are and sweeping it all under the rug, isn’t a great alternative, either.
Anais Nin once said, “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” This quote really resonates with me, and while it can be scary to step out of our comfort zones or to say yes to hiring a coach, the risk is SO worth the reward.
These practices and steps may not come naturally to you–and that’s ok! That's why having a coach to guide you as you implement these shifts is important. Together, we will meet all parts of you with self-compassion and kindness every step of the way.
Yes; each virtual coaching session includes one action step that varies, based on what you personally need to move forward. As a former teacher, I believe that learning comes with practice, and it’s more difficult to see the progress that you desire if you’re not actively practicing what you’re learning!
Does this program discuss food, nutrition, or moving your body?
I’m not a dietician or a physical trainer, so I won’t create a meal plan or an exercise routine for you. However, because this program is focused on cultivating a life of wellness by discovering what you enjoy, what allows you to feel your best and ultimately, what works for you, you will find yourself adding in habits like movement and nutritious eating because you are no longer turning away from the things that use to overwhelm you anymore.
I may suggest ways to move your body or foods that support overall health when they align with your desired outcome and overall well-being.
I believe in bio-individuality and a holistic approach, meaning that I view everyone’s needs uniquely, and know that what works for one client may not work for another.
If you need additional support in diet or exercise, I’m happy to refer you to experts who serve clients virtually in these spaces.
